These e-information courses are necessary and are often required for compliance, regulation or accreditation purposes.

They focus on important information, but generally it is not information that will be used on a daily basis at the work place.

PERFORMANCE

Performance-based courses are E-Learning courses built to assist the learner make the best decisions and take the best actions.
